This course is designed for supervisors and newly promoted managers who are leading teams to be effective leaders by learning and practicing the basics skills of leadership

Attendance requirements

• You must be 21 or over
• You should have a basic understanding of English
• You will need a computer or tablet with an internet connection and Microsoft Office installed on to it (or access to one)
• You are a supervisor or manager
• Minimum attendees 5 people and maximum attendees 10 people
