This course enables participants to apply a set of models and tools so that they may become Effective Sales catalysts for themselves and their team members to achieve and exceed the organization's financial goals. It is a performance-based training build on the analysis of what you need to do to be the most effective.

Attendance requirements

• You must be 21 or over
• You should have a basic understanding of English
• You will need a computer or tablet with an internet connection and Microsoft Office installed on to it (or access to one)
• You are a supervisor and manager
• Minimum attendees 5 people and maximum attendees 10 people
