This course addresses the stages of Change within organizations from different points of view and creates effective change agents within the transition period between the old and the new.

Attendance requirements

• You must be 21 or over
• You should have a basic understanding of English
• You will need a computer or tablet with an internet connection and Microsoft Office installed on to it (or access to one)
• You are a manager, HR Professional, and Leader
• Minimum attendees 5 people and maximum attendees 10 people
